VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Give back to your community and be stewards of your city's greenspace! KPF has the following volunteer opportunities: Board Member Want to ensure Kauffman Park remains an improved, accessible, beautiful, protected greenspace for all to enjoy? Interested in helping us maintain established relationships with local government, foundations, and partner organizations? Want to add a fulfilling and collaborative commitment to your resume? We would LOVE to have you join our board. It's a light lift, we're nice, and it's fun! Event Volunteer Our free annual community events, like Tot Fest and Bike Fest, get residents outside and into Kauffman Park to enjoy all that it offers. We need help planning and hosting these great events and would love your help! Adopt-a-Spot Steward More hands make light work during our annual Earth Day Spring Clean Up, as well as throughout the season; spreading mulch, pulling weeds, planting, etc. Enjoy the sun on your back and dirt under your fingernails? -- Come roll up your sleeves with us! |
Kauffman Park Friends is proud to advocate for your park through research, proposal, and collaboration efforts, as well as citizen involvement, grant-seeking, and private fundraising. We're committed to planning and hosting community events to bring residents outside and into Kauffman Park to enjoy all that it offers.
